Into the mountains with friends, two CFMOTOs under the buttocks and a route towards the Dolomites 🏔️. For Pieter, this was no ordinary motorbike trip, but an adventure where the 800MT-X and 700MT Adventure was put to the test: from high mountain passes and endless hairpin bends to unexpected detours and magical views.
Along the way, it was always a choice: stop to capture the view, or just humbly ride on and take it all in. The CFMOTOs proved to be faithful companions that gave confidence with every kilometre.

The journey took the group to where the road literally ended: a dead-end mountain road high in the Dolomites, where their refuge loomed. There the engine noise stopped and a new adventure on foot began. With hiking boots, backpacks and climbing harnesses, the Dolomites were experienced from even closer quarters. But until that point, the CFMOTOs had done their job without grumbling and with full conviction.
The via ferratas literally required hands and feet, and adrenaline became the fuel. Each step brought the group closer to views that no photograph could capture. The icing on the cake? A sunset that got everyone quiet - or maybe it was the grappa that softened the legs a bit.

Not everything went as planned. The legendary Stelvio pass was scheduled, but turned out to be closed. Sun on the visor, sweat in the gloves, and a GPS with 'route recalculation' burned into the screen. Where some would turn around, for Pieter and his friends this actually meant a new challenge: an impromptu mountaineering expedition over roads where even the goats would wear helmets. The CFMOTOs did not budge and continued to do their motoring thing in good spirits. Indeed, it seemed like the bike was completely in its element in these conditions.
After days full of adrenaline and challenge came the return journey. One more turn so smooth that even the bikes seemed to wear a smile, then the long highways towards home. Straight lines, traffic jams and petrol station snacks could not disguise the fact that this was a trip to remember.
Even on the dull stretch of tarmac, the CFMOTOs remained a reliable partner: stable, powerful and comfortable. From rugged passes to quiet roads, from engine roar to mountain silence: this adventure had it all.
The Dolomites demanded everything from both man and machine. For Pieter and his friends, it was a memory for life. For the CFMOTO 800MT-X and 700MT Adventure it was simply another affirmation: built to push boundaries.
