By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms and conditions.
All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT. We do our best to describe and depict the products as correctly as possible. Obvious errors or mistakes are not binding.
Orders are processed only upon receipt of payment. Payment is made via the payment methods available during checkout.
We ship within Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and possibly to other countries within the EU. Delivery times are indicative and not binding. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The products must be returned unused and in their original condition. Return costs are to be borne by the customer.
The statutory 2-year warranty applies to all products. Wear and tear or damage due to misuse are not covered.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.
