UPDATE CFMOTO Ride App

Dear CFMOTO rider,

We would like to inform you of an important change regarding the CFMOTO app and the connectivity functions associated with it. From now on, certain functions will only be available via a paid subscription.

We understand that this is a big change, as many of you are used to using the app for free. We greatly appreciate your support and want to be open and transparent about the reasons for this move. The cost of maintaining and further developing the app has increased significantly in recent years, partly due to the growth in the number of users and the increasing demand for advanced features and a secure user environment. By creating a sustainable basis with a subscription model, we can continue to guarantee the high quality you have come to expect from us.

What will change?

The app will be available in different formulas in the future. The free service will retain basic features such as vehicle pairing via Bluetooth, insight into vehicle details, and brand news. For advanced features such as real-time location tracking, trip history, digital key and anti-theft functions, a paid subscription is required.

Trial period and subscriptions

To give you time to get used to this change, we offer a free trial period depending on when your vehicle is linked to the app:

Vehicle linked after 15 August 2025: You will receive a free 12-month trial from the pairing date.
Vehicle linked before 15 August 2025:
- Linked for less than 12 months: You get 6 extra months on top of the ize free 12-month trial.
- Linked for more than 12 months: The free trial runs until 14 February 2026.
When you open the app, it shows the exact number of days until when the free trial runs

We are also introducing two subscription packages: Standard edition and MotoPlay. Prices vary depending on the chosen formula and subscription duration:
