This season, that philosophy was perfectly reflected by Dani Holgado and M\u00e1ximo Quiles, who featured in respective <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motogp.com\/en\/moto2\">Moto2<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.motogp.com\/en\/moto3\">Moto3<\/a> were awarded Rookie of the Year. A double milestone that adds to our pride as a brand.<\/p>\n<h2>Dani Holgado's breakthrough in Moto2<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"1110\">The switch from Moto3 to Moto2 is known as one of the most demanding steps within the Grand Prix world. The heavier equipment, physical riding and intense competition require adaptability as well as character. Dani Holgado, riding for the CFMOTO Aspar Team, showed from the start that he knew how to embrace this challenge.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1112\" data-end=\"1344\">During the <strong data-start=\"1123\" data-end=\"1164\">Qatar Airways Portuguese Grand Prix<\/strong> Holgado secured the title <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1224\">Rookie of the Year in Moto2<\/strong>\u00a0by finishing seventh, edging out his biggest rival and teammate <strong data-start=\"1306\" data-end=\"1322\">David Alonso<\/strong> definitively stayed ahead.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1346\" data-end=\"1388\">Holgado's debut season speaks for itself:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1553\">\n<li data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1423\">\n<p data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1423\"><strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1423\">Two dominant wins<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1424\" data-end=\"1455\">\n<p data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1455\"><strong data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1455\">Two more podium finishes<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1456\" data-end=\"1553\">\n<p data-start=\"1458\" data-end=\"1553\">A consistent top form that made him an impressive <strong data-start=\"1507\" data-end=\"1523\">sixth place<\/strong> in the championship<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1746\">His performances place him in the ranks of modern talents data-end=\"1807\">A competitive rookie field<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1809\" data-end=\"1980\">Outside of Holgado, the rookie group was also particularly competitive this year.<br data-start=\"1878\" data-end=\"1881\" \/><strong data-start=\"1881\" data-end=\"1897\">David Alonso<\/strong>, the 2024 Moto3 world champion, also made a strong move to Moto2 with:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2067\">\n<li data-start=\"1981\" data-end=\"2002\">\n<p data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2002\"><strong data-start=\"1983\" data-end=\"2002\">One victory<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2003\" data-end=\"2067\">\n<p data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2067\"><strong data-start=\"2005\" data-end=\"2028\">Four podium finishes<\/strong>, including three in the last three races<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2069\" data-end=\"2179\">Yet even that impressive final sprint could no longer threaten Holgado's lead in the rookie classification.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2181\" data-end=\"2263\">In the rest of the field, several newcomers also created excitement:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2531\">\n<li data-start=\"2264\" data-end=\"2326\">\n<p data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2326\"><strong data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2283\">Collin Veijer<\/strong> Grabbed his first Moto2 podium in Portim\u00e3o<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2327\" data-end=\"2411\">\n<p data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2411\"><strong data-start=\"2329\" data-end=\"2344\">Iv\u00e1n Ortol\u00e1<\/strong> collected <strong data-start=\"2356\" data-end=\"2369\">72 points<\/strong> with two sixth-place finishes as best results<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2412\" data-end=\"2531\">\n<p data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2531\"><strong data-start=\"2414\" data-end=\"2432\">Adri\u00e1n Huertas<\/strong>, coming from World Supersport, scored <strong data-start=\"2475\" data-end=\"2488\">27 points<\/strong> with seventh place as best result<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2533\" data-end=\"2733\">Even <strong data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2555\">Daniel Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, not an official rookie due to previous substitutions but riding as Deniz \u00d6nc\u00fc's replacement, had a standout period with <strong data-start=\"2681\" data-end=\"2719\">a third place in his home race<\/strong> in Barcelona.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2835\">It shows how high the level is; and how valuable Holgado's constant performances really are.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2735\" data-end=\"2835\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7060\" src=\"https:\/\/cfmotobenelux.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Moto2-70-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"Moto2-David-Alonso-cfmoto-podium-winner\" data-end=\"2893\"><strong data-start=\"2845\" data-end=\"2893\">M\u00e1ximo Quiles: new talent colouring Moto3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2895\" data-end=\"3199\">In addition to its success in Moto2, CFMOTO is immensely proud of <strong data-start=\"2940\" data-end=\"2957\">M\u00e1ximo Quiles<\/strong>, who in Moto3 was named <strong data-start=\"2993\" data-end=\"3015\">Rookie of the Year in moto3!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">Quiles established himself early on as one of the field's most complete rookies. He combined natural speed with mature racing decisions and managed to fight his way to the front in several races. His podium finishes, including his win in Portugal where he managed to pull away from his rivals in the closing stages, show that he not only has speed, but also the ability to strategically shape races to his liking.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">Throughout the season, Quiles managed to settle into the leading group regularly, and his growth was visible race after race. His rhythm, adaptability and confidence made him one of the standout newcomers of the year.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">Quiles\u2019 debut season in Moto3 was one full of proven potential and constant growth:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">An important victory, in which he managed to break free in the closing stages<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">Strong moments in the lead and visible confidence in duels<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">A constant upward trend in speed, race insight and stability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3201\" data-end=\"3330\">That constant development resulted in his well-deserved title of Moto3 Rookie of the Year, a crown that perfectly matches the strides he has made within the CFMOTO Aspar Team.
