The annual Off-Road MC Ruurlo place, For many years the club has organised an Off-Road Ride on the last Sunday of September, a recreational ride with no competition element. The RC Ruurlo Offroad Ride is aimed at motorcyclists with a passion for adventure. Participants ride off-road and enduro motorbikes or quads along a marked route of about 40 to 45 kilometres, consisting of unpaved roads, forest trails and maize fields.
Although there is no competition involved, the course does require stamina, technique and confidence in your machine. Following their participation in the CFMOTO MT Challenge Benelux 2025 At Enduropark Bilstain were father Arjan and son Luca, both proud 450MT riders, for a completely different challenge in Ruurlo.
"After a fun weekend with the CFMOTO MT Challenge at Enduropark Bilstain, a completely different challenge now awaited us: the OTR in Ruurlo. Whereas Bilstain was all about technique, control and precision, in Ruurlo we had to deal with a completely different terrain. Maize and potato fields, loose ground and deep tracks from hundreds of enduros before us. Here it was mainly ass backwards and throttle up! 😄"

Despite the challenging terrain, the 450MT exceptionally well. The duo effortlessly kept pace with lighter enduros thanks to its low weight and the thoughtful balance between power, agility and comfort makes the 450MT a true all-rounder for a variety of trails.
"What struck us most was how well the CFMOTO 450MT held up on this tough course. Among the many light enduros, we just rode along nicely with the 450MT. That says a lot about how versatile this bike is. It can do a lot more than you would think at first glance. Despite the weight and challenging terrain, we got through it just fine, as long as we accelerated! 💪"
"The nice thing about the 450MT is that you can really do anything with it: from technical sections in Bilstain to tough off-road rides in Ruurlo. You often notice that it's not the bike but the rider himself who is the limiting factor."

The experience of father and son shows what riding really means. Although the bike is important, from the precision work in Bilstain to the rough sands of Ruurlo, in the end it's all about the beautiful moments on the road with the people around you. Experience more together!
