The company built a large and attractive exhibition stand to showcase more than 30 new products and concepts, as well as its ZEEHO and GOES sub-brands. The Hangzhou, China-based company 'kicked off the bikes' at EICMA with two press conferences in front of a packed and eclectic group of media, dealers and other guests, before the gates opened to the public.
CFMOTO promoted its 'Tech Driven' mantra at EICMA, with the unveiling of new motorbikes and a motorbike concept, as well as four-wheeled vehicles for 2025, with which CFMOTO hopes to build on its position and reputation as an industry leader. The presentations were given by Markus Ferch (CFMOTO VP Europe), Carles Solsona (CFMOTO Design Director) and Alexei Mikhailov (Designer CFP DIG), but there was also a special guest of honour: the brilliant record-breaking Moto3 World Champion, David Alonso, who appeared with his CFMOTO Aspar Team for the final Grand Prix of an exceptional season in MotoGP in Barcelona, Spain. CFMOTO conquered the Moto3 class in their third season at the highest level.
EICMA was a celebration of three important pillars for CFMOTO. First, the company's growth and rise in 35 years of history. Second, the successes achieved in R&D and engineering and the growing portfolio of premium motorbikes and ATVs, such as the production of the millionth ORV and the Moto3 title. Third, the declaration of full commitment to the future, with fresh ideas and the imagination to inspire a wider, new audience of mobile users.
675SR-R
The first covers removed at EICMA revealed the stunning 675SR-R. The design clearly exudes sporty DNA with aggressive lines and lighting, and the bike has the performance to be a rocket on the road and a toy for the track.
The three-cylinder 4-stroke liquid-cooled DOHC engine delivers addictive linear torque thanks to the 120-degree crankshaft, reaching 68Nm at 8250rpm. 0-100km/h is achieved in just 3.6 seconds and top speed is 220km/h. Power peaks at an impressive 66kW at 11,000rpm. The 675SR-R is tuned to surprise, while optimisation of the engine package erases almost all vibration and provides excitement when the rider shifts gears via the Quickshifter. The engine is wrapped in a high-performance chrome-molybdenum frame (with an integrated cast-steel base) to achieve the best balance between lightweight and maximum manoeuvrability.
The ergonomics are purposeful and 'race-oriented', but also finely tuned for comfort and practicality for everyday riding. Absorption of bumpy road bumps is delicately controlled by fully adjustable KYB 41 mm upside-down front forks and a rear damper. The 300 mm and 240 mm disc brakes provide stable and efficient stopping power, while the dual-compound sports tyres are the 'glue' for various street surfaces.
The 675SR-R may look like a single-purpose performance tool, but the bike also has a high-tech intelligent edge. Check out the 5" TFT screen with MotoPlay, gear shift indicators and a comprehensive interface to manage information and settings from the 'T-box' 4G modules and 6D sensors. OTA updates for the bike's electronics and status are easily possible via the CFMOTO RIDE app, where more personalisation is possible.
675NK
The 675NK uses the same engine platform as the 675SR-R and is the second generation of CFMOTO's exceptional naked bike family, aimed at more mature riders and customers expecting a more advanced product in this booming segment.
Refinements to the bodywork design allow the rider to move freely for both comfort and wind resistance, and the ergonomics are closely matched to the lightweight steel-tube frame for excellent manoeuvrability and a sense of fun without losing stability and certainty when cornering. The LED lighting design is not only aesthetic, but also reacts to rider reactions to better inform other road users (faster flashes).
Safety is highlighted by dual-channel ABS and standard 2-level adjustable traction control. The 675NK has a more moderate top speed of 200 km/h and 11,000 rpm compared to its sporty counterpart, although the 0-100 km/h time is similar: 3.9 seconds.
The 5-inch TFT screen includes the same range of features and interactivity as the 675SR-R: synergy with the CFMOTO RIDE app, OTA updates, T-box, Google Maps availability. A tyre pressure monitoring system is also included. Riders can expect a seat height of 810 mm, which can be increased to 825 mm or lowered to 795 mm with optional accessories. The 675NK is not to be missed, whether in Glacier White or Tundra Gray.
CF-X
CFMOTO surprised with the introduction of the CF-X electric motocross concept, while paying tribute to the ZEEHO brand's outstanding design and innovation philosophy. The CF-X was created around the principles of fun, competitive but also safe offroading: 'more experience together'. Its strength comes in the benefits of zero emissions and the performance advantages of instant torque and acceleration, providing an instant adrenaline boost. The CF-X can deliver the power of a 450cc ICE equivalent through the engine, which is also part of the handling package. Manufacturing the 'ideal' CF-X led to priorities such as a frame with high strength but extremely low weight, a low centre of gravity and sharp centralisation for optimum manoeuvrability.
The 310 mm adjustable WP suspensions ensure a smooth ride over bumps and jumps, and the ergonomics are geared towards competition and frontier use, with a seat height of 960 mm. Quality and precision can be felt in every gram of the 125 kg weight and solidity of the high-quality race-ready components. Advanced electronics for monitoring, personalising three riding modes and servicing the 3-1 400V drive system, which quickly propels the rider to 50 km/h, is also a highlight.
MASTER OF SPEED
A gesture, a clue and an intention. MASTER OF SPEED is an artistic celebration of speed and dynamism, as well as a spiritual vision of a future CFMOTO sports bike.
Lines, fluidity and form: the imposing shape and polished surfaces reflect the quest for excellence and innovation, while the overall composition inspires a sense of lightness and control, strength and precision. MASTER OF SPEED is a profound reminder that movement equals existence.
V.04
CFMOTO is going big. The announcement of the ground-breaking V.04 engine development marks a new product era for the company and extends the scope of the CFMOTO range to other segments of the market; areas where CFMOTO believes it can make an impact. Details were revealed with the 90-degree V4 configuration, displacement of 997cc, 81 mm and stroke of 48.4 mm. Expected power is above 156 kW at 14,500 rpm, with maximum torque of 114 Nm.
Every component is designed for uncompromising performance: balance, minimal vibration, linear power delivery and smoothness. Finger taps are a striking addition to the output and the combination of lightness and power is achieved with titanium connecting rods, intake and exhaust valves for maximum potential but also reliability. The counter-rotation crankshaft exemplifies the hardware and knowledge gained from elite competitions such as MotoGP. The V.04 is another way CFMOTO explicitly shows itself as 'tech-driven'.
CFMOTO celebrated its 35th anniversary in 2024. The company has grown and now has more than 3,000 foreign dealers across more than 100 countries. CFMOTO has at least four R&D innovation centres worldwide and nearly 1,000 employees, with a similar number of active engineering and design patents. CFMOTO has built a world-class supply chain, with sustainable, long-term partnerships with other leading companies in the industry.
Before the Milan audience had a chance to see and touch the full spectrum of CFMOTO's 'Tech Driven' offering, Markus Ferch closed the formal presentations to the media and invited guests. "The models presented at this year's EICMA not only represent the results of CFMOTO's continuous innovation in design and technological breakthroughs, but also reflect the company's understanding of trends in the motorbike and ORV markets, as well as its deep insights into the future of mobility," he said. "CFMOTO will continue to lead with technological innovation, more high performance, high quality and high value products that exceed customer expectations in the global market."
CFMOTO toasted both 35 years of history and the 1,000,000th ATV to roll off the production line at its Hangzhou production plant, with a large company party attended by senior management and an elaborate gathering.
October 9, 2024 will be marked in the annals of CFMOTO's rapid rise and storied history. More than 100 guests, including senior management, department heads, distributors, dealers and staff from various factories, gathered at the off-road vehicle production facility to watch the millionth ATV roll off the assembly line. 2024 represents CFMOTO's 35th anniversary, and the millionth ATV - the flagship Z10 - marked the important milestone of the number of units manufactured and refined at the plant.
In a relatively short time, CFMOTO has gained popularity and set standards in the global ATV market. Their technical expertise has led to a presence in more than 100 markets and through more than 4,000 active dealers. CFMOTO is the market leader in ATVs in more than 30 different countries and is the largest and most prominent exporter from China.
CFMOTO's diversification as a manufacturer is largely due to their innovation and achievements in off-road vehicle engineering. The company was founded in 1989 as a manufacturer of motorbike parts, but within eight years they had produced their first liquid-cooled motorbike, and in 2000 they entered the motorsport market with the first CFMOTO scooter.
CFMOTO's spectacular achievements in innovation and design, as well as their keen understanding of the needs and demands of the two- and four-wheeled mobility market, have brought the company to this unique milestone. 1,000,000 ATVs in 20 years is an indication of the energy and passion within the company. The growth will continue, and the second million will not be far in the future.
As mentioned earlier, we visited CFMOTO headquarters in Hangzhou, China, together with a select group of journalists and dealers. The aim was to get an idea of how people work in China and who CFMOTO really is and what they stand for. Besides the visits to CFMOTO headquarters and factories, we were also allowed to experience CFMOTO Day, a day at the Zhejiang Circuit entirely dedicated to CFMOTO. You could already read Ed from Motorfreaks' report on the visit to CFMOTO HQ but now you can also join Ed on the CFMOTO Day. Part of his experiences below and on the website of MotorFreaks the complete article can be read.
The fifth CFMOTO DAY at the Zhejiang International Circuit in Zhejiang province grew in size, significance and speed with a 'race' theme. CFMOTO fans gathered at the popular motorsport venue to not only participate in a series of activities on and around the track and greet the winning Moto3 CFMOTO Aspar Team, but also to witness the unveiling of three new models... read HERE further.

When we are taken from the hotel via a sightseeing trip to the headquarters of CFMOTO, we do not know what we are more impressed with: the huge metropolis called Hangzhou (with 12 million inhabitants the 10e city of China), the speed at which the metropolis was built out of the ground (in 1990, the city had a population of barely 2 million) or the huge spatial way everything was built and the oasis of calm in the traffic.
No constant cacophony of sirens, like in cities like New York or Berlin where it's an off and on of fire brigade, police or ambulance, and no horns from motorists not giving each other the light in the eyes. But also no hordes of scooter riders criss-crossing the traffic.
No, Hangzhou is not a city that is bursting at the seams from the effects of a massive growth spurt on all sides....

The CFMOTO ASPAR SPECIAL EDITION is a one-off concept that pays tribute to Jorge "Aspar" Martinez, the team manager of the CFMOTO Aspar Racing Team. The new collaboration took the brand to its first-ever World Championship victory: the black and white is reminiscent of both CFMOTO's motorbike products and the Aspar Racing Team's glorious colours.
As the team led CFMOTO to its first victory in the "lightweight" (Moto3) class, the number #5 is a direct tribute to the race number used by Jorge Martinez during the very first victory in the 125cc world championship.
The number #5 creates a vibrant and dynamic effect while establishing a link with CFMOTO's corporate and racing colours: Blue, fuchsia and purple. The line of the frame - a typical CFMOTO design feature - is highlighted by the brand's corporate colour and enhanced by a special rider seat finished in CFMOTO Blue.
The racing attitude of this one-off is specifically designed for the track such as the single-seat configuration, CFMOTO's upgraded CNC footpegs and CNC fuel cap. The upside-down front suspension is treated with a gold accent, the low-positioned exhaust is perfectly integrated into the bike's shape through a black paint job, while the grey swingarm shows off its racing aspirations. Semi-slick tyres - with white accents - mounted on blue rims are the pinnacle of this CFMOTO concept dedicated to Jorge "Aspar" Martinez.
CFMOTO's flagship NK series has won the "Red Dot Award: Product Design 2024" for its Cut The Edge design. It is the first time a Chinese brand wins with a large-displacement ICE motorbike.
CFMOTO is proud to announce that the 800NK has won the "Red Dot Award: Product Design 2024" in the Motorcycle Design category. The "Red Dot Award" is one of the most famous design awards that has evaluated thousands of products from around the world since 1955. To receive the award in the year of its 35th anniversary makes the Hangzhou-based company even more proud of this achievement. CFMOTO is the first Chinese brand to win the "Red Dot Award: Product Design" with a large-displacement ICE motorbike.
The 800NK is a global product whose iconic shapes have captured the hearts of many enthusiasts around the world, as well as the attention of the Red Dot jury. The flagship of the NK family marked a milestone for CFMOTO: the introduction of a design philosophy that now sets the direction for all new motorbikes added to the line-up. With its powerful 799cc twin-cylinder inline engine, the 800NK is a naked bike with a distinctive "Cut The Edge" design, high-tech features and top performance.
This award is an international recognition for the CFMOTO Design Team and R&D department: a testament to the dedication of the designers and engineers focused on innovation and delivering the best products to customers. The vision of CFMOTO design is defined by the 2-wheels Design Director: Carles Solsona, based at the CFMOTO European R&D Centre in Italy.
"Winning the prestigious Red Dot Award is a great result for the whole team," said Carles Solsona. "The 800NK is one of the CFMOTO products that better embodies our brand's core values: design, technology, performance. This achievement is a great way to celebrate the 35th anniversary of our company, as well as the recognition of our commitment and development of our own design philosophy destined for a global market."
The 800NK is available in Benelux in two versions, the Sport and the Advanced. While the Sport is already a true naked at heart with its powerful 799cc parallel-twin with 95hp and 81Nm, the Advanced goes the extra mile in terms of equipment. Among other things, the Advanced is additionally equipped with quickshifter, steering damper, keyless start and an 8" TFT touchscreen dashboard with Apple Carplay. Of course, these CFMOTO models also come with a five-year warranty. Prices for the 800NK Sport version € 8299 (BE) and € 8899 (NL) and the Advanced € 8999 (BE) and € 9999 (NL).
